Quad Stretch Exercise :
Quad Stretching Exercises are also help you to stretch your body before the exercises. These are the easy understood exercises which are shown in the images.Ankle Circle:
Ankle Circle is the stretching exercise in which we have to move our ankle in clockwise or anti-clock wise direction and do that for 1-2 minutes.Arm Circles:
This is the exercise in which we have stand straight and then raise your hand as shown in figure. Now move your hands round clockwise or anti-clockwise.Walking On Treadmill :
Walking on treadmill is also a good exercise of warming up. By this the fat in our body will also burn and the muscles will ready for the heavy load on them.
