Gym Workout: Exercises To Make Good And Effective Legs

In today's life every one want to make good and attractive body, for this they have to work hard in the gym. In over all body shaping one of the important exercise is of shaping legs. Some times we saw that some men have good muscular body above the stomach. But there legs look like match sticks. For good and shaped legs you have to work hard in gym. Gym Workout Exercises for making shaped legs the exercises are given below.

Steps To Make Shaped Legs:

Squats:

Squat is the one of the effective and amazing exercise which will help you to make fatty legs in shaped legs. For this exercise you have to take a straight bar and put the weight on both side as per your strength. You can see the position of this exercise in the below image.

Lunges:

It is really a simple and the exercise which can be done in home for shaping legs. The position of this exercise is shown in figure.

Legs Curl:

Leg curl is the exercise in which you to face down on the leg curl machine and adjust your legs in the lever which is given in the machine.

Standing Calf Raises:

This is also an exercise which can be done in home. In this exercise you have stand straight with dumbbells in your hand and then you have to raise the toe as you can see the position in the  image.

Leg Extensions:

In this exercise you have to sit on the machine and you have to place your legs as you can in the image and extend your legs.

Leg Presses:

This exercise is the strength base exercise , in which you have to lay down on the machine in which your legs will up. As the position is shown in the figure. You have to push the weight with your legs.

Seated Calf Raises:

In seated calf raise you have to take a straight bar with weight both side and place it on the lap as shown in figure. Now raise the toe and do this as long as you can.

  1. I don't have time to go to the gym. I guess lunges and standing calf raised would do fine for me.
