Simple And Effective Gym Workout For Broad Shoulders:

Gym is now becoming the essential part of our day today life. Now we will tell you about the gym workout of getting good and effective shoulders early. There are many exercises for shoulder but we will tell you the simple and effective. Every body knows that broad shoulders look good and attractive. By this the personality of the men also increase.

Gym Workout For Broad Shoulders:

Arm circles:

Arm circle is a exercise in which we have to make a 90 degree angle with both hands then move hands in clockwise or anticlockwise. This is the stretching exercise and the part which is effected by this is shoulder. This is also called the warm up exercise for shoulders and arms.

Arnold Dumbbell Press For shoulders:

In the Workout For Broad Shoulders, effective and good exercise of shoulders is Arnold Dumbbell press. For this exercise you have to take two dumbbells according to your strength and follow the procedure which is show in the below diagram. Do 3-4 sets of this exercise.

Barbell Rear Delt Row:

Workout For Broad Shoulders is also including the barbell rear delt row exercise. In this exercise you have to take a straight rod and put the weight on the both sides of the rod. Bent your body as shown in the figure by rod in your hands. Do the same procedure which is shown in the picture.

Barbell Shoulder Press:

Barbell Shoulder Press is the effective exercise of Workout For Broad Shoulders. In this exercise , sit on a bench and pick up a rod with efficient weight both side. Then pick up the rod shown in image and then lift it up. Do this 15-20 times in each set and your sets will be 3-4.

Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise:

Workout For Broad Shoulders is having Dumbbell Rear Delt rise exercise this is having the maximum effect on the shoulder. It is a self tested exercise and the results are really good.

Bent Over Low-Pulley Side Lateral:

Bent Over Low-pulley side lateral exercise is a good exercise which is shown in the below image. In this exercise you have to connect two handles on both sides of the machine as shown in the image.

Cuban Press:

In this exercise you have to work hard . This exercise including the 4 steps. In which you have to take 4 positions with dumbbell in hand. 

Dumbbell Incline Shoulder Raise:

In Incline dumbbell you have to take a incline bench and take two dumbbells and follow the same procedure as shown in figure. By following these exercises and a healthy diet chart you will definitely get good and huge shoulders.
