1. When some beginners join the gym, then they don't do proper the warm up or starting exercises in the gym. By this they cause harm to their body and after the gym they don't do cool up the body.
2. In gym you are not allowed to do gossiping. By this you will distract others also.
3. After doing a set of exercises you have to take rest for 1-2 minutes. But more than that will make your body cool up and then you have to again warm up the whole body. The whole hard work will go into the flush.
4. Proper posture is important for every exercise. If you will not do exercises properly then you are only wasting your time in the gym.
5. Some time we do exercises with improper speed and incorrect weight. We have to put sufficient weight according to you strength and you should do exercises with proper speed under the guidance of trainer.
