On Friday, he does Back exercises. In back exercises , he does Pulls-ups, Seated row, Lateral pulldowns, Stiff leg barbell deadlift and Bent over barbell row.
Before starting the exercises, he does 10-15 minutes of cardiovascular exercises. Because cardio is a good session in which we can burn fat and stretch our body muscles.
