Easy Workout Tips To Make Big and Attractive Biceps

Every body want to look good and attractive. For this they want to get good looks and good physique. In our physique biceps play an important role. Girls also like the big biceps of guys. So if you want to get big and attractive biceps early then you have to do hard work for that. Some people take supplements and other medicines to blow their biceps early. But these supplements also have some side effects.

So without taking any wrong steps, you have to follow our steps. By this you will get big and attractive biceps early. The exercises as follows:-

Tips To Make Big and Attractive Biceps: 

Straight Bar Curls: 

If you are a beginner , then you have to take first the straight bar rod or the EZ bar rod. If your wrist is really strong, then you can go for a straight bar rod. Otherwise the EZ bar rod will be the best example for all the beginners.

In this pic you can see the positions of the person carrying two different type of rods. you will have to do 4 sets of straight bar curl or ez bar curl. In each set you have to do at least 15 to 20 repetitions. The way of doing this exercise is define in the below pic. First position to last position from left to right.

Incline Dumbbell Curls: 

In this exercise you have to take two dumbbells , then lay down on an incline bench as seen in the below pic and then do the alternate dumbbell curls. Do 4 sets of this exercise and in each set do 20 to 25 repetition. In each set the weight must be increase.


Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls:

In this exercise you will stand straight in front of a mirror and do the alternate dumbbell curls. More repetitions will give better results.

Curls With Cable Like Hammer:

In this exercise you have to take a rope which is shown in figure. Then do the steps which are shown in Figure. This will effect more to your biceps muscles.

Standing Barbell Curl With Close Grip:

Like we discuss in above exercise of straight bar curl, in straight bar curl you will have to keep your hands at some distance which will be marked on the bar. But in close grip exercise you will have to keep your hands close as seen in the image.

Curl Which are called Concentration Curls:

So guys, by following these steps you will definitely get the desired biceps in less time. But keep my instructions in your mind. Don't take any medicine or supplements. Follow the above exercise and spend 1 to 2 hours in gym regular.
