Tips to again start gym after a gap:
- Start with running, don’t go for the maximum speed for first 3-days. First start from walking speed of 4 or 6 of the treadmill. Walk for almost 15 minutes on treadmill.
- After that you can go for some stretching exercises.
- Next step is to do some pull ups with the help of some trainer or friend. Don’t do maximum repetition because it will give more pain. Do minimum to minimum reps like 3-5 of all the exercises.
- Then your next step is to do some pushups, this will help you a lot for gaining the strength which you had at that time of leaving the gym.
- Now it’s the time for doing 1-2 sets of all the exercises, like biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders, legs etc. but keep one thing in your mind, do less repetition with minimum weight. If you will start lifting more and more weight in these 2 weeks, then you pain will be more.
