For the leg and calves exercises John Cena first do seated calf raise 10 sets and in each set 20 to 10 repetition, 4 sets of standing weightless calf raise with 25 repetition in each set, standing single-leg curls 4 sets with 20 to 25 repetition and other exercises are leg extension leg presses, squats the main exercise. Cena do less exercises for chest but the exercises which he used to do are really effective and good. Biceps:
