Now we will tell you the daily exercises which Ronnie Coleman do in the gym. On Monday Ronnie Coleman does the exercises of Back, Biceps and Shoulders.

Ronnie Coleman gym workout is focused. He do 4 sets of Deadlift  with 6-12 reps, 3 sets of Barbell rows including 10-12 reps, 3 sets of T-bar rows with 10 – 12 reps and One-arm dumbbell rows 3 sets 10-12 reps.


The exercises not ended then he go to Barbell curls, Seated alternate dumbbell curls, Cambered-bar preacher curls, Standing cable curls, Military presses, Seated dumbbell presses, Front dumbbell presses. Then on Tuesday Ronnie Coleman gym workout is focused with leg exercises.


Ronnie Coleman does Squats, Leg presses, Lunges, Stiff-leg deadlifts and Seated leg curls.Ronnie Coleman the inspiration of many bodybuilders does chest and triceps exercises.


Because chest exercises come under the big part exercises and with chest one small part exercises can be done. So he does triceps exercises with chest. Bench presses, Incline barbell presses, Flat dumbbell presses, Flat fly, Seated cambered-bar extensions, Seated dumbbell extensions and  Close-grip bench presses.So by this you can show Ronnie Coleman gym workout is scheduled.


Now on Thursday he does again the exercises of Monday back, biceps and shoulder muscles. Exercises are almost similar  Barbell rows, Machine pull downs, Front pulldowns, Incline alternate dumbbell curls, Standing cable curls, Seated dumbbell presses, Front dumbbell raises and Machine raises.


Friday is dedicated to legs and then chest and triceps on the Saturday. Ronnie Coleman diet is also very scheduled. Now we will tell you about his diet.

Ronnie Coleman eats white eggs in the , he also takes some steroids like 6 tablets of BSN Nitrix before his meal. Ronnie Coleman also takes supplements like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Multi-vitamin, Multi-mineral, Chromium and Glucosamine. He also eats lots of meat and also drink lots of water.
