Top 7 Effective Chest Exercises For Gym Workouts With Video

In good looks fitness also matters. Now we are going to talk about the gym exercise of chest by which you can make your upper physique good and attractive. The effective chest exercises by which you can make your chest good looking and the body will come into shape.

Top 7 Effective Chest Exercises For Gym Workouts:

  • Flat Bench Press: In flat bench press you have to do exercise on the machine which is in the below image. In that you have to lay on the flat bench and to hold the rod by the marking which are shown on the rod. If you want to make your chest broad then hold the rod from the maximum marking and if you want to make round shape chest then hold the rod from some near marking. Now we will talk about the weight you must start on the rod, if you are a beginner then do that exercise by putting less weight which you can pick up and in every exercise increase the weight by your strength. For this do at least 4 sets of that exercise and in each set make the 20 to 25 repetitions.

  • Inclined Bench Press: The difference between above and this inclined bench press is that in this the bench will be inclined as shown in image. In this exercise you again have to do the same type of exercise and repeat the above explanation.
  • Decline Bench Press: In decline bench press, the bench will be decline which is shown in image. So guys in this exercise do the steps which are in above exercises.
  • Dumbbell Fly: This is a little bit different exercise from above, in this you have to take two dumbbells and lay down on the flat bench. Do the exercise by seeing the image. The steps are given below in image. The repetitions and the sets are as in first exercise.
  • Pull Over: Pull over is the exercise in which you lay perpendicular to the bench as such your head is on the other side of the bench and your rest of the body will be as shown in the image.
  • Butterfly: In this exercise the machine is shown in below image. This is also the most effective machine which is good for chest. By this exercise the lining which is between the chest will become good.
  • Push Ups: The good and the exercise which can be more effective and easy. This exercise is  for all parts of the upper body. But it will affect chest more.
