Top 7 Healthy Exercises To Make Good And Cutting Triceps
In today’s life there is a trend of having good triceps is going on. For making good and attractive cutting triceps fatty persons have to worry. But the person who has the fit body, means who have no extra fat can get the triceps earlier.
Triceps Exercises:
1.) Triceps Cable Extension:
In this exercise you have to connect a rod which is shown in the image and take the position like the man in the image. Then you have to extend your hands like the image. You must do more and more repetitions.
As we can see in the image parallel dips is the exercise in which you have to make your balance by holding the machine. In this exercise your whole weight will be only on your hands. You have to go down and then came back to your original position as shown in figure. By this exercise your strength will also increase.
3.) Overhead Rope Extension:
In this exercise you can also take the rod which we use in the first exercise or the rope which is more effective than the rod. In this exercise you have to extend your hands over your head as you can see the image. If repetitions will more, then you can also see the improvement.
4.) Lying Triceps Extension:
Take a curly rod and put the weight according to your capability. Do the steps which are shown in the image. Do 3-4 sets of all the exercises.
5.) Overhead Dumbbell:
In this exercise take a dumbbell and take the position which is seen in the image. In this exercise your hands must touch your ears. So that it will affect good.
6.) Overhead Single Arm Dumbbell:
The exercise which you did in the last exercise is same as this exercise. In this you have to carry a dumbbell in one hand and then take the position which is shown in the image. You hand which is carrying a dumbbell, should touch the ears and the dumbbell must go below the ears.
7.) Dumbbell Kick Back :
In this exercise took a dumbbell in your hand and take the position which is shown in image. Then you have to bring back the dumbbell like the image. Do this exercise with both hands one by one.You have to do 3-4 sets of each of the exercises, it will effect good and you will also see the improvement in your body.
