National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar & University of Mumbai, Department of Atomic Energy, Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai has published Online Applications Forms For appearing in National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2014) to taking Admission into the 5 years Integrated M.Sc programme in basic sciences on - Biology, Chemistry, mathematics & Physics on its official website. Interested & eligible candidates those who want to fill their NEST 2014 Application forms, they can kindly apply online as on or before 03 March 2014. NEST 2014 Entrance Examination will be held on 31-05-2014 (Saturday) 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on the various examination centers across India. NEST 2014 Exam will be held in 45 centres across India. Age Limit : For General and OBC Category Candidates, they should be born as on or after 22nd July, 1994. The age relaxation for SC /ST /PHD Candidates are 5 years.

Educational Qualifications : Candidates seeking admission to NISER and UM-DAE CBS for the academic session 2014-15 should be from science stream (having any combination of Biology/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Physics) at class XII and must write the NEST 2014 examination. Candidates who have passed class XII examination or equivalent from any recognised Board in India in 2012 or 2013 or are appearing in 2014 can appear in NEST 2014 examination. Admission will be offered strictly on the basis of Merit List of NEST 2014. Candidates securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in class XII examination will be eligible for admission to NISER and CBS. However, there is no restriction for appearing for NEST.

Application Fee : Application fee will be paid by Demand Draft (DD) for required amount may be made from any bank and should be drawn in favour of NISER NEST and payable at Bhubaneswar. The application fee are given below:

For General & OBC Category Candidates :  Rs. 700/-
For SC/ST/PD Category Candidates : Rs. 350/-

How To Apply : To apply for NEST 2014, candidates can fill-up application form either online (preferable) or offline. Details of on-line and off-line applications are given in a separate sheet. Off-line application is to be filled on a prescribed form. The form along with this brochure will be mailed to the candidate on request. The request for the application form must reach the NEST office on or before February 20, 2014. Please note that photocopies of prescribed form should not be used for filling off-line applications. Such applications will summarily be rejected.

UPTET 2014 Online Registrations & Application Forms Download Starts Here

State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Allahabad,Under Govt of Uttar Pradesh (UP) inviting Online Application For filling up the various vacant seats of Teachers Recruitment 2014 Through Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) in Primary Schools in UP State. Interested & eligible candidates those who want to starts a career with Teachers Jobs Recruitment 2014, they can kindly register yourself as on or before 21 January 2014. 

Every year State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) conducting the UPTET Examination for filling of teacher jobs in UP State in 2 types i.e. Part 1 & Part 2. Part 1, is for those candidates who want to apply for Primary Teachers Jobs for teaching the class 1st to 5th class & Part 2 examination is for those candidates who want to teach class 6th to 8th class students.

Name of the Posts:
1. Primary Teacher (from 1st class to 5th class)
2. Upper Primary Teacher (from 6th Class to 8th Class)

Educational Qualifications :

For Primary Level Teachers (Class I to V) : Candidates should have a valid certificate of BTC, D.Ed, NTT, 2 years BTC Urdu, Graduation Degree or have a minimum Bachelor degree of Elementary Education from any UP Govt. recognized university or institution.

For Upper Primary Teachers (Level Class VI to VIII) : Candidates should be Graduate with minimum 45 % mark with 2 years Diploma in Education or appearing /passed in B.Ed with 50 % marks or have 4 year special Education Diploma with 50% marks from any UP Govt. recognized university or institution.

Selection Procedure : The selection of the candidates on the basis of the performance in UPTET (Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test) with minimum 60% marks.

Application Fee for UPTET 2014 :
For General & OBC Category Candidates : Rs. 300 through E-Challan form.
For SC/ST Category Candidates : Rs. 150 only.
