Age Limit :
- For General Category Candidates : Max age is 28 years.
- For OBC Category Candidates : Max age is 31 years.
- For SC/ST Category Candidates : Max age is 33 years.
Educational Qualification :
- For Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver Posts : Minimum SSC (Xth pass) and also having a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
- For Junior Customer Agent : Minimum HSC (XIIth Pass)
Selection Procedure :
- For Junior Customer Agent Posts : Group Discussion & those who qualify in the Group Discussion will be required to appear for the Personal Interview. Applicants walking in will have to appear for the Group Discussion on the same day / following day(s). Those who qualify in the Trade Test will have to appear for a Personal Interview on the same day / following day(s).
- For Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver Posts : Trade Test including driving test of HMV – Those passing the Trade Test will be sent for Personal Interview. Applicants walking in, will have to appear for the Trade Test including driving HMV on the same day / following day(s). Those who qualify in the Trade Test will have to appear for a Personal Interview on the same day / following day(s).
Application Fee : Each & every candidates must have to pay application fee of Rs. 300/- through Demand Draft in favor of Air India Air Transport Services Limited payable at Mumbai. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from application fee.
