It is very important that you set realistic goals and work towards it rather than aimlessly working out. Setting goals helps you stay focused. I never set idealistic goals for myself as they could be never achieved and I did not want to end up with frustration.

For me a supplement implies a desire to work out less. I will want to workout more to burn the same amount of fat. After all a result hard earned is the one that lasts long!
